If you are like me and have a lot of left over chicken ( I probably had 75 pieces ) then you need this tip for reheating your chicken so it taste just like you bought it at the restaurant.

On Saturday we had Cally's graduation party.  We served a buffet dinner with Chicken from Lee's, baked potato bar with yummy toppings, green beans, slaw and fruit trays with cream cheese/ marshmallow dip.

Here is Cally with her dessert table.  For dessert we had a cake that we had made from It's Your Party, We made cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, lemon cookies and also had cookies we purchased from Cheryl's cookies.

I have found the best way to reheat fried chicken is to preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.  It will taste as if you just bought it at the restaurant.  Even though this chicken was in a ziplock bag and in the refrigerator for 2 days when we heated it up it was super crispy and the meat was moist.
